I have a student that considers them as non-binary. It would help if there was another option in the pull down menu for that so we know before hand. This would also help when deciding on costumes

Report on student class drops within a set period. It would be very useful for us to be able to generate a report at any point during the month, to see students that have dropped a class. Scheduled drop report does not have enough detail or nuance. Perhaps expand the scheduled drop report, or have filters to all all drops, or scheduled drops.

When a student drops give option to automatically email the instructor
In Jackrabbit when a student drops, it gives you an option to click to have the system automatically email the instructor to let them know. It also gives the option to input the reason for the drop (didn't like the class, schedule conflict, etc).

Have a way of making the booking a trial process a more low barrier offer. So no need to create an account to book a trial. Or a booking system (like acuity for example) that integrates with DSP?
