What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

It helps manage attendace by recording a exact time stam attendace status per class for every student

How should this work?

It should have the students photo, full name, membership type as well as a bar code and qr code on the card which would allow stduents to sing into there classes using a self service tenmal at the enternace of each classroom/studio room.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

This would benifit studnets and instucters as it would reduss the need for a instuter to manuly take role which would extend the amount of time the insutcter can focus on instuction for each each class.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

The inpact this would have would it would provide better time stamp attendace data which would help reduce the amount of adminstative tasks staff would have to do for every class where they only would have to work on changing attendace misstakes like if somone forgot to scan into class.
