Have a way of making the booking a trial process a more low barrier offer. So no need to create an account to book a trial. Or a booking system (like acuity for example) that integrates with DSP?
Yes, a super short form where we can request minimal information but have a secure record of them signing a trial version of our waiver would be helpful.
