Alphabetical student list by last and first name

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

The student section is only alphabetized by last name. If 2 students have the same last name, it lists whoever created an account first. For example, it shows Mary Smith, then Abbie Smith because Mary created an account first.

How should this work?

It should show Abbie Smith, then Mary Smith to be a correct alphabetical list.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admins, staff, parents and students would benefit from this.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

It will help with confusion and when creating reports, we would not have to move everyone ourselves to make it alphabetical by last name and then first name.
