Show Dates & Time on Chat messages

When reading chats it would be an added value to have a date and time stamp on the messages. For example a message reading ”Rehearsal cancelled today”, could be easily misunderstood if someone reads it outside of the day it was sent.

Change the "Convenience Fee" to say "Credit Card Processing Fee" for when we send receipts/statements

We have people sometimes complain about why there is a convenience fee so it would be nicer if it stated "Credit Card Processing Fee" so clients know it is just due to having a card & can pay with checks/cash with no fee.

I would like to be able to see who I am emailing on the email page. As of now, it only shows how many people are being emailed, but it does not allow me to see who is being sent the email.

The option to view email recipients in Robo mailer so you can remove individuals. Particulary useful when selcting multiple classes and needing to remove only one or two students.

Notification sent to parent if credit card declines from a "payment plan" charge

Would love an email to be sent if a credit card declines from a "payment plan" charge. I know it's done from an "autopay" charge but it would be great to have this automated so we don't have to manually send it. Thanks!
