Yes, please! A text when they enter the lead center, and also a notification when they text us! Being on the computer all day to see if people are communicating with us is not a great use of our time.
Yes, please. I miss text messages because I have to log in many times per day just to see if I have received a text. It should be a rather easy thing since we receive notifications for chats.
I am 100% on board with this idea - right now, if someone replies in the lead center, I am not aware as there is no notification. I would have to keep the Lead Center open 24/7, and I want to be the first one to reply when a lead comes in. Sending an email notification that says, "You can a reply in the lead center" is all I ask! That will help tremendously.

If this could be an event trigger in Zapier that would be a great way to receive notifications when people send a text response. Two way text isn't very helpful if you don't get any notification when they respond other than constantly opening the conversation tab.
