It would be helpful for the studio to be able to unsubscribe parents from emails on our end. This way parents who are technologically challenged, or just don't pay attention to the unsubscribe button on every email, can be removed from our mailing lists without deleting their account access.
The other option would be if we could create other categories besides active and inactive so we can put those parents in a "do not email" category when requested.
I did find a work around until this idea becomes reality. If the parent replies to any email sent through DSP, as a studio owner you can scroll down to the bottom of that email and hit the unsubscribe link from there. It acts as if the parent was the one who unsubscribed.
This does mean that if a parent forwards an email from the studio to someone else, that person could accidentally unsubscribe them, so it might be helpful to get a safeguard in place against that.
