On the admin side, I can click on "history" under a family and see what emails have been sent to them. Please allow access to this on the family's log-in side. We have MANY parents that say they did not get an email. We look on our history and show it is sent, and give them the date and time and they still cannot find it. If they could just log-in to their parent portal and click to view the email there it would be so much easier! I am not asking for email functions, so they cannot reply to the email of course. But just that they can see proof of the date it was sent, and open to view and read the information is all we need and would be so helpful! Families are missing out on important deadlines because of this missing email issue. I'm not sure if it is a DSP problem, or an individual internet provider problem, but regardless - this would be an easy solution.
Hi! I love what is behind this idea. If I understand your request it might be good to know that you actually can see email and text history sent from DSP to a parent. Here is how:
On a parent portal profile click on -> Info -> Bulletin Board (also known as News and Notes) -> Email History.
It's not the easiest to find but it is there.
I am going to vote for your idea, but I would request that it is actually placed in a more visible location... per haps under "Account" on the left quick links menu.
