I love the option to 'email to remind a teacher the day before their class or appointment', but I'd like to have the option to send this for private lessons only, not for both classes and appointments.

It would be helpful to be able to choose to send an email only to those who did not report an absence rather than sending them to all marked absences, reported or not. We get dozens of emails from parents saying we told you we wouldn’t be there.

add images to Personal assistant Birthday emails. Would make for a more attractive and fun email.

I would love a setting that reminds Scheduled Drop-In dancers of their scheduled Drop-In the day before. Also I would love to be able to see a specific date student total including enrolled, trial and scheduled drop-in students.

Could it possible to have the personal assistant contact customers with a past due balance, rather than an open balance?

It would be great to have the ability to only send out the Personal Assistant Late Reminders for just certain classes, groups, and students vs every active student.
