Please add an option to opt certain accounts out of the personal assistant texts/calls.
Problem: The bulk of my accounts must pay tuition by the 1st of each month so I have a personal assistant text/call that goes out to any accounts with an open balance on the 2nd of each month. However, it's frustrating that the parents who are on auto-pay payment plans for different dates of the month get the same late reminder texts/calls even though they are on a payment plan.
Example: Susie is set to run on the 1st of each month, but if she still has a balance on the 2nd she gets a text and call reminder of the late balance. Jenny is on an auto-pay payment plan for the 15th of each month, but she still gets the personal assistant text/call on the 2nd of each month even though her payment isn't due until the 15th.
Solution: Please add an option to opt certain accounts out of the personal assistant texts/calls. Maybe down with the checkboxes where you can block login, prevent automatic late fees, etc? This would be so helpful. Thank you in advance!!
