We are currently unable to add pop-up announcements in the app, they're only available on the desktop/website. Most of our families only use the app, so I'd love to be able to utilize these pop-up announcements in the app.

Parents often list themselves as the emergency contact, but it would be helpful to have the system require a separate emergency contact number on file in case you are unable to reach the parent.
The "Parent Portal" should be renamed to Customer Portal because some people are a legal guardian (grandparent, aunt, uncle, foster...) to a young soul, or an adult student.
