Please figure out a way to turn off the capability for people to respond in a group thread. Create a way to delete a thread in chat. Add dates and times to the responses. This one is the most important.

Please, please could emails have teh ability to insert parent or student names,. It is so impersonal to just say "Dear Parent" . almost every other dance studio CRM has this function. Why not this one?
