What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve? |
The chat feature does not allow for the main administrative account to be able to view and monitor all chats between other admin staff and clients. Studio owner should be able to view all chats. There is no ability to remove the chat permission from specific admin staff members. If an admin staff member is out on vacation for 2 weeks, as the studio owner I am unable to view any chat messages that are sent to that staff member unless I login using their credentials and their password. Additionally I am unable to turn off the chat option for that specific staff member. Chats could be accumulating and no one will know. Studio owner should be able to access and view all chats from the main admin account. There is no ability for a parent to send a chat to a main studio chat versus a specific person. If a parent does not remember the name of a staff member they wont be able to send a chat to the studio. The chat currently has a "To" section to select who to send the chat message to but when you click on that field it doesn't show you any options. If a parent does not know the specific name of a person they are unable to send a chat to anyone. |

Allow main admin account to view and access all chats sent to any staff member. Add more customization for chat permissions. Add ability to turn off chat permission for specific staff members Add a general studio chat instead of only specific staff members |

Extremely. We upgraded to premier specifically for the chat feature so I'm able to delegate more work but without more chat customizations I had to turn off the chat. We will most likely downgrade our plan back down to basic until more chat customization are added in the future. |
