In online registration settings, under trials- there is a confirmation email that can be set up to go out when a client self schedules a trial. The email includes the classes, times etc. We have run a test with a dummy student, and it does not appear as if this email confirmation is sent, when the trial is schedule internally, by one of my staff. WHY? CAN this me automated to happen no matter who books the trial? The parent from the portal, or an admin right inside DSP. If we were to build this confirmation as an automation in the lead center, the email does not have the option to include the class details. This makes me want to pull my hair out? Why?
