Notification Center

Really wish there was a notification center that could always be found at the top of the page. I love the email and text notifications, but it can be really hard to keep track of, and it doesn't link to the actual event that happened in the portal...

It would be helpful to have options on what transaction code or some kind of options for automatic notifications on money owed in the personal assistant , for all three- text, call and email .
