personal assistant messages by past due not just open balance Merged

It's a nuisance sending payment reminders to customers that have an open balance for something that might not be due in a short time . It would be more helpful if we could send to specific transaction codes such as tuition, costumes , etc, let us choose a transaction code maybe ?
