Auto-pay required -pop up on registration Merged

The parent portal for registration and payment is not intuative when requiring auto-pay. The parents are not seeing the small font in red to add their credit card or bank info. Wish there was a simple button or pop-up once they've selected their classes that appears "continue enrollment here" or "auto-pay required add your payment information here."
