allow notes when booking privates so I can let the instructor/parent know what the private is for.
ie. This private is booked so that suzy can work on her Aerial or this private is for her competition solo VS this private is for her competition duet This would allow instructors and students to come more prepared for what they are going to work ...
There needs to be a way to remove a profile picture and not just option to upload another. If a parent requests or declines their childs picture being taken or posted on a softward like this we will need to comply. Thank you!
It would be great if the classes could be sorted by day instead of alphabetically. Its very confusing for parents when searching for their proper class. If it was by day they could just scroll to the day they know their child is dancing
It's a great feature to be able to see "pending registrations" who clicked to a certain point in the registration process and didn't complete so we can follow up. It would be great if this info was collected for trials as well.

Require auto-pay on before allowing parent to schedule trial class
We need a setting that requires parents to enter their credit card and enable auto-pay before being allowed to schedule a trial, waitlist, or drop-in. The setting should include a note that they will not be charged until they actually enroll.
