Birthday Week Notification, instead of just the day of birthday.

I run several Parent-and-Child classes at my studio, and ask for parents to sign waivers as well. Since they aren't technically a student in the class according to DSP, I have to use a 3rd party for waivers for the adult and it rarely gets signed....
