Inactive red tag should appear next to any student listing

No class dates for hourly rates should affect tuition

Adding the ability for the no-class dates to affect tuition for hourly rate users would save us so much time accurately posting prorated tuition due to holidays and breaks.

Transaction codes on receipts for multiple payments

currently a transaction code shows up on receipts if only one item is paid for at a time. Can you add separate transactions codes on receipt when a parent pays for multiple items with one payment?

Parent Photos in portal

it would be helpful for face/name recognition if it was possible to have a picture of the parents in the portal I find out this really really helps me manage the students particularly ones that I don’t see every day

flat rates for teacher pay

need to be able to assign a flat fee for classes, rather than only the hourly option as some classes are longer than an hour and teachers are paid a set rate for the class. having to enter it hourly, makes is confusing for teachers. and extra work...
