Don't inactivate Parent.

I inactivated a group of students in the "active" list who did not have classes. This automatically inactived the parent. The parents have other children that are current active students. There is no way to find out who I inactivated other than going one by one through all curent students and checking their parents. I want to be able to inactive students, but maybe the parent shouldn't be automatically inactivated since there is a glitch in that.
