Automated emailer to student after the class was conducted for their feedback.
It would be great if we can customise an automated emailer to the class after it has happened. We could ask for their feedback and have it linked to a Google Review page etc.
So as ive been blasting through some accoutning I came to realize that if i delete a charge in error it is truely gone...date, amount memo etc. an undo last transaction would be great especially in the accoutning module
You can't void a transaction seconds after doing it
If I accidentally make a wrong charge, I can't go in the Merchant Services immediately and void the transaction. Only option is to refund. Would like to be able to void if it's done within minutes of transaction. thanks
Have trial students drop off of trial report once they are inactivated
We have a lot of trial students who receive 2 free classes. Once they do not register, for whatever reason, we inactivate them. They do not "fall off" the trial report? They remain and makes for a constant "clean up" battle off the report.
There are four clicks when I go to process a payment, not to mention that I have to switch from the student account to the parent, then back to the student to adjust any account issues (like waive a late fee). Streamline this process.
Include Student Info on Same Page as Parent Info for Creating a New Account in Registration Manager
There are four unnecessary pages of clicking through from adding parent information to student information. Eliminate this. Put it all on the same page.

Run Individual Payment Plan Reports That Are On Auto Pay
There needs to be a way to run reports for individual Payment Plans. Example, when we go to pull our first recital payment on Oct. 15, I want to be able to run a report later that day specifically to see who's payments did not go through.
There should be an option to run a report on auto pays that were not successful so that we know who we need to reach out to. There are many reasons a card doesn't run and I've used other programs where this is a simple "click of the button." Other...
