Make a Zapier trigger of an abandoned cart after 24 hours. That way an automation could be set up to be sent to follow up with the leads! Bonus points if it would be able to integrate what classes are in the abandoned cart.
It would be helpful to have a way to easily mark leads that need to be prioritized. A checkbox to move them to the top of the list, highlight them...the ideas are endless.
Ability to force medical information to be completed by class
We have parents who we registered when we first started DSP and they haven’t completed their medical information. Would be great if the system could allow us to force that field if information is not complete everytime a parent logs on

I would like a feature for offering students the option to round up their payment or add a donation when they check out.
As a non-profit company, it would be very helpful in our fundraising efforts to have the option to round up sales or add a donation to the check-out process.
When a parent logs into the portal and puts classes into their cart, but doesn't complete the transaction (because they want to pay by check), can we receive some kind of notification. The parents think we know what they are putting into their car...
Option to view Products and Services by Item Group
It would be really helpful to be able to view my products by the item group so I can see all of those specific items in one spot rather than combing through all of my items to find each one.
It would be great to have the ability to set a future date for a note to appear on class rolls, in the same way that you can expire notes. So for example if I need to note something for a specific class in the future that the teacher doesn't need ...
As owners, we need to know how many students are using the new app! If it's a lot then we would push it to be THE platform of choice, if it wasnt then we would be asking why not? Right now, we havnt got a clue.
