Add Future Notes to Students

It would be great to have the ability to set a future date for a note to appear on class rolls, in the same way that you can expire notes.

So for example if I need to note something for a specific class in the future that the teacher doesn't need to know in advance, it's not just listed on the roll for (up to) months in advance.
