Phone number Format

We would like to see in the parent portal, when a parent logs their phone number it would make them enter it in a format like 801-666-6666.

Under Appointment Helpers, it would be very helpful to have a text reminder option instead of an email reminder for appointments and private lessons

Attendance by last name

We do a monthly attendance report for our Company kids. It would be nice to be able to Pull attendance up by last name. This way i can see the company class attendance and the regular season class attendance on the report.

Register

It would be good to be able to see a history of attendance when doing the register so teachers can see who was here last week etc. Also to be able to go straight to the next class instead of going back to the full list

notify only those who have balance in a particular transaction code

It would be useful to narrow down notifications to only those that owe for a specific transaction code. To send to all with balance is not useful because some charges might not be due yet. Please this would be an awesome feature

You should be able to add a check box parent can select for an absence reason. it would also be handy if they had to add a reason for it to be submitted and if we could email or test the parents in response to their absence especially the ones log...

I would love if wait lists was on the menu to the left when in a student's summary so you can click on that to see ALL the wait lists a student is on.
