Integrate DSP mobile time clock with punch-in machine
It would be helpful if DSP could merge their mobile time clock to a physical punch-in machine. That way, staff have to be present at the studio when they clock in/out.
I would like to be able to offer a class but it be flagged or marked as Invite Only - that way they know the class is offered but they would have to call or stop by the studio to see what requirements would be necessary to join the class.
Allow Pro-Rate to Start on a Different Day of the Month
Currently the system only allows you to automatically pro-rate tuition at registration for the 1st of the month. It would be ideal to allow the admin to select the pro-rate start date. For example we run tuition the 15th of each month.
It would be really handy if all reports were able to be sorted by location. We have three locations and we have to download most reports to Excel then sort and delete the things we don't need - very time consuming!
Please add merge fields to emails can be customized with the parents and/or student's name. Example: "Hi [Parent First Name], We can't wait to see [Student First Name] in class"
We would love to use the automatic email via the Absent Student Helper with the option to send the emails to specific Groups. We want a specific absence email to go out to our Competition Team members.
