Require different waivers for different appointments

I would love for my studio renters to have to sign an additional waiver, specific to renting the studio, when booking a studio rental appointment.

Need parents to be able to uncheck the recital participation box

Need parents to be able to uncheck the recital participation box in their account settings for their student. It would be very useful in parents being able to update that setting themselves vs emailing us asking us to unmark the box.
