Makeup Report

When running a 'makeup' class report, the class the student is doing is making up in should be on the report.

Otherwise we have to go into each individual student, go to absences, find said makeup, click on edit makeup, to finally be able to view which class the makeup is being made in.

Or, in the class list view, a tab should be there (like Trials) that says makeups, so we can see which kids are making up a class in that class. A bonus would be if they print on monthly rollsheets (kjust like trials do).
