What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Need the ability for parents to book an event, a birthday party or other.

How should this work?

Have a link similar to the private lessons link, that will show up in the parent portal for them to book and pay for a party. I would like to options for them fill out a small form or select from a drop down about things like: If anyone has allergies. Add on drop downs for gift bags, additional food. A spot for them to write in a party theme. what style of dance they would prefer.

Make it easy to keep everything in one system and not have to use outside booking system.
