Use tuition credit on private sesssions

Students should be able to choose to use credit in their accounts to book private sessions. Currently they can only use that credit for enrolments.

Would love to have an option for tuition that can have the due date be the first day of the class instead of the first day of the season.

It would be useful for week-long summer camps that start in the middle of the summer season. So clients wouldn't have to pay tuition in June for a camp that starts in August...

E mail statements by class

Listing # of classes for each monthly class on statements

I love the new feature on statements showing the classes the tuition it includes. However, it would be helpful if it listed how many classes of each style took place in that month. Say there are 4 Mondays in a month and Adv Jazz falls on a Monday....

Add class dates to statements

is it possible to add class dates or session frequency for each class per month so parents can see how many sessions per month they are paying for?

Include the year per transaction on statements (not just month)

Currently, statements only show the month and day for each transaction (eg. June 21..) Can you include the year as well (eg. June 21/22). Please and thank you.

Due Dates showing on Parent list

It would be great to know which amounts are truly outstanding and which are not yet due. From the parent screen (or student for that matter) we can only see the amount owing. Enrolments happen constantly throughout our Season so when we are in the...

Create a way to invoice/email students with just their costume balances

This would be helpful to send out a targeted email to only students who have a balance on their costumes, and does not include tuition balance.

Discounts by amount

Would be good to add the option "discount by amount" instead of having only Discount by %. For example, the tuition is 80 and for this month i want to post 65, and i cannot because the percentage of this discount should be 81.25% which is not exis...
