Seasons to be charged seperately

We open registration for Summer and Fall Seasons at the same time. However we are running into a snafu because if students register for a class in both, the due date assigned is the summer one. It would be nice if when students register for different seasons, it comes up as separate transactions instead of merged together. THen the due dates should work correctly and patrons won't feel like they have to pay for a class that won't start for 3-5 months.
