Mark all overdue items for a student as paid at once

rather than doing it all one by one there should be a way to mark all of a student's overdue items as paid at one time

Email student list with overdue fee by transaction code- from students tab

When selecting students to email for outstanding bills, it would be useful to be able to filter the students with overdue fees in a certain transaction code.

Applying a Payment

When you go to apply a payment, it doesn't actually apply it. You have to "Split" the payment for it to actually be applied. If I click apply payment, it should automatically apply the payment.

have receipts send as a PDF format

It would be lovely if we could have the receipts sent as a PDF format. Parents find it more user friendly.

Statements to only show what is due

At this time, statements only have the option to show what has been added to the account as of a certain date, season, or by so many months back. The option to only show what is due, overdue, or a payment that will be due soon would be a great opt...

Can you add an option to post a transaction at the same time that the payment goes through?

UNAPPLIED (or UNSPLIT) Payments

Often times a student has a zero balance but something is unpaid on a report. It would be helpful if we could click on something that said "Unapplied Payments" to see which payment was not split.
