Apply an overpayment to the entire family not dividing it among individuals

When there are multiple dancers in a family and the family has an overpayment, charge tuition as a family and apply the overpayment to the family balance rather than dividing the overpayment proportionally to each individual

Taking off tuition charge when registration for class dropped.

When a registration for a class is dropped, it would be helpful if the tuition for that class were automatically removed from the students account. That way, we wouldn't have to manually go in to the account to make the changes.
