As students are coming and going and all through the term with refunds and discounts etc. its difficult to judge the profititibility of a particular class as total income is not shown anywhere I can find. It would be most usefull to have the totals in the "Class Payments by Transaction Code - by Season" report right under each class listed or somewhere else. That way i can see if a small class is actually going to even pay the teacher. You may have this but an area to put in budget of separate costs and tie that into what each class is taking in $ would really help. Making it easy to see the most profitable classes to the least profitble. Yes we can export everything and pour over figures and compare them but something quick and easy that comnbines everything the Dance pro has seems a nobrainer. A way to input the amortised costs of the school ( based on our accounting and a separate line for teacher costs as they vary) and assign an equal share to each class would give us incredible tools to actually run the business and make descisions.
