The ability to pre- post charges for a future date that do not have to be posted when ready to charge. We are usually planning ahead and it is nice to be able to go ahead and enter a future due date that does not show as due until a future date. Our precious portal would ahow all charges for the year, but did not factor fiture charges into current amount due/paid until the date qe selected as due or the first of month for auto pay. They would also keep a running amount due in 30 days for parents to plan ahead.
