As above being able to set the same task to more than one teacher without having to copy it

Emails for substitute teachers

We do not want to click the box to email all teachers their schedule every time they teach, but it would be great to have the option to choose a substitute for a class (this will also help with payroll) and be able to have the option to email them...

Separate Signatures for Users

Can we please have a separate signature option for normal, super user, & administrators? I want my other users to be able to send email without it coming from my signature. Thank you.

Daily schedule option

I am was looking for a daily schedule that shows days and hours per day and week. I have a few teachers who will assigned to a few classes within a session versus the entire session. Id like an option for this?

ability to duplicate teacher hours for a week

I input my teacher hours with details of classes worked - it would be nice to be able to just duplicate a day or a week of classes so that there is not so much manual input

Default hours for teachers in timeentry

Would be nice to have the hours teacher works as default when putting in timeentry each week.

Add Payroll Rate Names to Payroll Preview & Report

I really need to have the payroll rate names on the payroll preview and payroll reports. I can see them on the "Weekly Time Card Entry" page but they are not on the reports. I love that the reports have the "Notes" but I really need to see the pay...
