We currently do not use the Projects & Tasks feature because there's no way to communicate about the task directly on the task (i.e. Asana or Trello). It would be great for Staff to be able to add questions and comments connected to individual tasks and other Staff to be able to answer and discuss.
Thanks for this Idea! We're planning to integrate with tools like Asana and Trello in 2022 to allow you more flexibility.
On a similar note, would love to be able to assign multiple people to one task.
