Add Payroll Rate Names to Payroll Preview & Report

I really need to have the payroll rate names on the payroll preview and payroll reports. I can see them on the "Weekly Time Card Entry" page but they are not on the reports. I love that the reports have the "Notes" but I really need to see the payroll rate names and the notes at the same time.
