Personal Assistant

It would be nice if the personal assistant did not send the automated email out if the parent and or admin have gone in and submitted the absence with a reason.

I would like to include hyperlinks to some of my automated messages such as the registration and trial class emails. There is the option to attach files but I need to be able to include links to our website and googledocs etc.

We need an automated Welcome email to send to new students when they enroll in their first class. Ideally, this would be an option to turn on based on season enrollment, must be able to reference multiple seasons.

After sending an email, have the ability to edit it or unsend for a period of time should you find an error.

Have the ability to send an automatic email to students who are late on tuition only. Have the ability to distinguish between full balance and tuition.

I would like to have more follow up emails, for example new enrollments and trials that do not enroll after a week.

Under Appointment Helpers, it would be very helpful to have a text reminder option instead of an email reminder for appointments and private lessons

Make it so personal assistant can send a second email to a trial who does not enroll.

Have payment reminders / overdue reminders NOT sent to those on payment plans.
