Make up class reminder

There are reminder emails for trials and missed classes. But I would like a reminder for makeup classes. When we schedule the makeup, I would like to send a reminder email to the parent.

It would be nice if the personal assistant did not send the automated email out if the parent and or admin have gone in and submitted the absence with a reason.
