My personal assistant future due dates not be sent...

I think the personal assistant is a great idea, but no matter how I type the email to be sent, I get tons of phone calls when the email is sent to parents from the collection helpers. I have to explain several times that they really need to look at their account statements first to see if the balance has any future payments due to which they have 24/7 access. It would be nice if it just sent out a notification of past due accounts according to the date it's set to go out as in if any fees are past due as of 1/15/21 it is late and needs the notification sent and if any fees posted are due after 1/16/21 would not be included in the collection helper since it is not past due. I post all fees for costume deposits, company fees, and competitions ahead of time so that parents have the option to start paying for them starting in September since some students have over $1k in fees due. Also a breakdown of what is past due for the parents as a quick reference would be welcomed as well.

    Yes we sometimes post a charge that may not be technically due for some time in the future and the way it is now that gets included in the personal assistant notifications which only causes more work answering customer inquiries about why they are getting notification reminders for a charge not close to due yet

    I tried the personal assistant for one month and turned it off. I go so many emails that I decided it wasn't worth it.
