Make an option to not send automatic absence emails when parents have submitted the absence in advance. They don't need the follow-up if they already let us know their dancer will miss.

Right now we have a scheduled birthday email that goes out a day before a dancers birthday - it would be great to be able to schedule additional emails... we'd love to be able to schedule an email 2 months before a dancers birthday letting them kn...

To show appreciation and gratitude to teacher by remembering their birthdays, DSS can also send automatic emails to teachers for birthday greetings from the studio owner/management.

We would love to use the automatic email via the Absent Student Helper with the option to send the emails to specific Groups. We want a specific absence email to go out to our Competition Team members.

There are often times when text messages need to be sent to parents who have not yet enrolled and created a portal. For example students who have entered workshops or who are trialling classes.

I'd like to send an automatic email to new students after they have been active in class for one month (or two months, that could be a drop-down option.) Personal touches help to keep students. Automatic emails help with those personal touches.

I wish there were more options for the absent emails in the personal assistant. I love that you can set it to send a customized email after a certain number of missed classes, but I would love it more if there was a way for the email to be stopped...

I would like to be able to customize Trial Reminders and Followups for specific classes. Some of the info people need are different for certain classes.

There are reminder emails for trials and missed classes. But I would like a reminder for makeup classes. When we schedule the makeup, I would like to send a reminder email to the parent.

Send an email to the teacher automatically when a student is dropped (or drop scheduled) from their class.
