It would be nice if we could click on a payment and match it to the transfer list it came from.

DSP Income reports use the transaction date of entry. DSP settlement dates are based on a different time zone - so payments in the Payments console do not always match. Making it impossible to reconcile transfers to income reports without changing...

As a studio that has ongoing memberships, we aren't notified when payment plans finish. This means we sometimes miss overlaps when plans finish and we restart them. Having no end date would make a huge difference.

We would like the ability to prevent one person from paying online with a check because this check constantly is returned for NSF. I think this would be very helpful in this particular situation. Thanks!

It would be best that a pending ACH payment not mark the account as paid. The account should remain outstanding until the payment process. In this way, we do not have to remove it at a later date.

It would be useful to have more than one bank account on file for DSP so tuition could be directed to one account and things like costume fees and other fees could be directed to another to keep tuition and fees separated.

Add the ability to refund a transaction within the students account instead of searching through merchant transaction and it show in the students transactions. We moved to DSP from MindBody. It was so much easier to refund, see refunds in a studen...

would love to see functionality with an automatic cash drawer/till for POS & Tuition Payments. Not only for accuracy of billing and banking, but for security.
