Multiple credit card fee options

Because the credit card fees are different depending on if a customer pays through the portal and auto-pay vs. paying at the front desk using the terminal, it would be great to allow for different rate options.
The ability to allow our front desk person to select "Terminal" rates when processing cards in person. This would keep our bookkeeping straight.
We plan to start passing those fees along (instead of raising tuition this year) and with the different rates being charged but only allowing for 1 blanket rate in the system, I believe this may mess up our accounting.
