exporting inactive leads in lead center

There is not a way to export leads once in active from dsp leads center. I'd like to send them to my mailchimp cold leads list. Please add this feature to the more menu

revert students back to leads

I have leads that intended to begin a session but for whatever reason could not and I want to put them back into leads with just a click. (instead of manually entering each one.)

visible notes in the Leads & Prospects list.

A notes field that is visible from the main Leads & Prospects page would be awesome! We would like to add follow up dates and other information that is quickly reviewable and actionable from the list.
