Change Week Start Date

We start our weeks on Mondays, but the portal only has an option for starting weeks on Sundays. This is annoying as Sunday classes show up at the beginning of the list, not the end. Would be great to have a setting where this could be changed,

Edit/Add/Remove and SEE classes in class group

There is currently no way to edit, view, add or remove a class from a class group at all, or season to season. If a parent is getting an error message during registration and cant sign up for a class with a corequisite I cannot help them. You can ...

"Make Class Active/Inactive" in Class Actions Drop Down Menu

I would like the option to select multiple classes to make active/inactive when navigating my class schedule so I don't have to do it individually which is extremely time consuming. This would make it more user friendly and beneficial.

Have a class capacity forecast report

After the talk with Clint of DSOA, this report would be very helpful in calculating profitabilty of your class vs. the teacher you are paying to teach the class.

Phone numbers on printed attendance forms

i would love to have the parent / emergency numbers printed on the roll sheet so that in case of emergency my assistants can quickly call without needing access for DSP

Limit the availability of makeup classes/spots.

I would like to be able to designate the number of makeup spots available in each class, or at least limit the number of makeups that can be scheduled to depend on whether or not the class is full.

Multiple Studios for One Class

At our dance school we have multiple classes that come multiple nights a week, some of these classes are in different studios throughout the week for example on Monday our Standard 1 class is in studio C, but on Wednesday they move to Studio A.

Roll Sheets and Absence Log being organized in the same way

Having the option to organize the Absence log the same way as the Roll Sheets would make importing absences 10x times quicker.

Roll Sheet option to be arranged by first or last name

Depending on the activity or season, we organize by either first of last name. It would be helpful to have the option to organize what way names are arranged on rollsheets for easier organization.

Would love to be able to choose what music to share in the parent portal just like in the class files.
