Hi there,
I think it's great that we can allow parents to drop classes through the portal. Are there any options around this, such as forcing them to pay the next 30 days tuition? It's always been our studio's policy to require 30 days notice prior to dropping, thereby making the family responsible for that 30 days of tuition. Thanks for your consideration!
I also require 1 months notice to drop and have had to switch off parents ability to drop classes due to the system allowing automatic drops! It would be amazing if they could change it so the parent drop abides to our Notice periods!
