Email/text alert to failed credit card transactions

It would be great to receive a more obvious notification about failed credit card transactions via text or email instead of having to revisit the autopay page and find that it didn't go through.

Option to change wording on autopay sign up

The option to change wording on autopay sign. Our tutition isn't taken on the 1st of every month so this wording is incorrect and misleading to our customers. We should be able to to edit the wording.

Auto-Pay incentive

Auto-pay and non auto-pay tuition should be able to be different prices. It would be a great incentive for parents that sign up for auto-pay to recive a dicsount. We don't want to make auto-pay fully required.

When autopay isn't received through BECS it should be reversed in parent portal so it shows as outstanding

For failed BECS payments - the parent portal reads as no money owing so we are chasing money that they believe has been paid. It's very hard to argue that payment has not been made when it is showing as paid on their end.

Auto Draft separate fee

It would be great if I could Auto Draft costume fees. Doing them individually is too labor intensive when it's all the same fee.

Allow customers to set up payment plans themselves

Auto pay doesn't cut it, a payment plan feature where the customer could do it themselves based on preset parameters by the studio would be life changing

Withdraw from credit on account instead of card on file for payment plans

We have parents that have credits on their account - they pay early, work the desk, etc. So some revenue credit and some non-revenue credits. We need parent payment plans to pull from these credits if they're positive instead of processing the car...

Enforce either upfront payment or Autopay upon sign up

At the start of a season is it possible to have Autopay as an option when they enrol in a class, but require that they either pay upfront or be enrolled in Autopay? (One or the other - we don't want everybody to have to sign up for Autopay as most...

Auto Pay Flag in Student List

It would be very helpful if a green flag were by the student name in student list representing that they are enrolled in "auto pay" instead of opening the details on the parent to find.

Choose how Autopay payments are split (4 months, 8 months etc.)

Would it be possible to have an option to select how many months/payments a family would like to split their payments into? It would be easier for the dance studio and parents could see exactly how much they will be charged every month. Right now ...
