Notification for parents when PAYMENT PLAN Credit Cards are declined
Currently, notifications are only sent to parents when a "regular" Auto-Pay transaction fails to process. There is NO notification to parents on a Payment Plan, when the transaction is declined.
It would be great if we could edit the auto email that goes out when an auto payment fails. I'd love it include info about our late fees or that we will try the card again on XX date.
The ability to schedule a transaction post in the future. Right now it will post immediately and show a huge outstanding balance even if it is not due for 6 months. It would be great to schedule automatic posts and not have to do them all manually...
Option to re run autopay for just failed transactions
In Autopay when you have transactions that have failed. I check all failed and then email to say I will re run in a few days. I would be good to have the option to also check those same failed people and Re-run autopay just for them.
