Notification for parents when PAYMENT PLAN Credit Cards are declined
Currently, notifications are only sent to parents when a "regular" Auto-Pay transaction fails to process. There is NO notification to parents on a Payment Plan, when the transaction is declined.

Our parents do get notified if a payment plan declines. We do not use regular auto-pay. You may just need to adjust your settings in Payment Plans?
