You can't void a transaction seconds after doing it
If I accidentally make a wrong charge, I can't go in the Merchant Services immediately and void the transaction. Only option is to refund. Would like to be able to void if it's done within minutes of transaction. thanks

There needs to be a way to run reports for individual Payment Plans. Example, when we go to pull our first recital payment on Oct. 15, I want to be able to run a report later that day specifically to see who's payments did not go through.
